Welcome[edit]

Hello The G00D Job! Welcome to UESPWiki. It's always good to have new members. If you would like to help improve any of our pages, you may want to take a look at the following links:

If you, on the other hand, would like to spice up your userpage, take a look at this link:

  • Userboxes: near complete list of userboxes, including a guide to make your own

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Have fun! eshetalk 17:35, 1 April 2012 (UTC)

Hey thanks a lot eshe! I've started using your tips, guidelines (and even your user page) to get started with UESP the best I can. I really appreciate you taking the time to help out. I would appreciate any future corrections, words, or advice you may send my way! The G00D Job 20:04, 7 April 2012 (UTC)

Userbox[edit]

Not to be pedantic or anything but just letting you know that you signed up

ago :) (no offense) I also have a fair few userboxes on my page if you're up for a spot of daylight robbery. The Silencer has spokenTalk 03:52, 22 April 2012 (UTC)

Haha, thanks. I wasn't exactly sure when I started posting; I've been using the the UESP for about three years, it wasn't until I got Skyrim that I felt had any semi-worthy contributions. Naturally I took a guess on the day I signed up. Thanks for noticing/correcting and thanks for the userbox suggestion. I'm very curious about the dragon language you have going on. If you can help teach me to add something in dragon language, or at least point me in the direction of someone or something (page) that can, I would be grateful.

I do have the font installed on my computer though I'm not very experienced with it yet. Thanks either way! The G00D Job 04:27, 22 April 2012 (UTC)

To use it just type {{DragonFont|WHATEVER YOU WANT}} in capital letters. If you see anything you like on a user page, just hit edit at the top and copy the code, then go previous on your browser to not change anything. The Silencer has spokenTalk 04:47, 22 April 2012 (UTC)
Hey Silencer, if you ever check this I was wondering why your User Boxes doesn't allow you to see the code. If you select edit, all you get is the following without the extra spaces

{ { User : The Silencer / User Boxes } }

I put them on a subpage for easier formatting of the main page. Plus I use < includeonly > tags so that the subpage doesn't get added to user categories. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 03:14, 24 April 2013 (GMT)
