Skyrim Patch 1.7 Released — Aug 09, 2012
Bethesda Softworks has released a new update for Skyrim. For PC and Xbox users, the patch contains only the usual bug fixes. For PS3 users, however, the patch also contains the Mounted Combat update that came with patch 1.6. Version 1.7 has been available on Steam since July 30th.
The patch is available to all PC and Xbox users, but only North American PS3 users. European PS3 users will have to wait until "sometime next week" to receive the benefits of patch 1.7.
Update: The 1.7 patch was released on Monday August 27 for European PS3 consoles.
