Elder Scrolls Online is on sale until May 1st, at 12pm EDT in the Humble Store. The base game has been heavily discounted as part of the sale. This sale comes shortly before the upcoming chapter, Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind is released on June 6th. While ESO:M is featured in the sale, it is not on discount at this time.
