Turunstrid Harrow-Hand, a merchant missing a brother

Turunstrid Harrow-Hand is a Nord trader who can be found selling a tiny array of alchemy ingredients in the plaza of Old Ebonheart. She is the sister of Hvaldur Harrow-Hand, and will be delighted to hear any news of his whereabouts.

She wears a common shirt, a pair of common pants, and a pair of heavy leather boots. She carries a restocking supply of bread.

Aside from her natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield herself, and a natural frost damage spell, she knows no spells.

Perhaps Hvaldur would've been spared of all his hardships had it been with him. I am giving the blade to you now. May it protect you in your travels." (You receive the Dagger of Warwyrd)
"Hvaldur is free and safe now, thanks to you. I'll write a letter home and let them know he's coming."
