Llerar Arenim

Llerar Arenim is a Dark Elf noble and Kinsman of Great House Indoril. He can be found in Arenim Manor, which can be reached by stairs leading from the upper terrace of The Laughing Goblin. This odd route may be a remnant from a certain stage of development where the Arenim family was noted to own the tavern. While, as it stands, that place is actually in possession of Telera Parys. Regardless, unlike the other nobility in Akamora, the Arenim consider themselves 'above everyday commerce' and do not own an egg mine. Despite being Surol Volayn's adoptive father he does not really play a role in Caught in a Web and will direct you to his wife Llavane Arenim instead.

He is dressed in extravagant clothing (shirt and pants) underneath an expensive robe with exquisite shoes to top it off. Something to note is that he also carries a daedric steel dagger. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

Dialogue[edit]

  • Greetings:
    • "Go home to your snakepits, outlander. Why are you coming here after what you did to Surol?"
    • "The spider princess seems to have taken pleasure in you, outlander. And you have our thanks."
    • "Our Surol is alive and well? And you have been her guest? These are wonderful tidings, %PCName, and you should share them with your guild."
    • "Outlander, our hope is now in you. Will you find our Surol?"
  • Clibergus's ledger: "I wish I could help but I'm afraid I can't. He hasn't even visited this manor yet."
  • Surol:
    • "How dare you speak her name after what you did?"
    • "Thank you for finding her, %PCName."
    • "You should speak with my wife... *sob* I can't deal with this right now. Excuse me."
    • "We found her all alone in the mountains when she was but a little child. Her parents had been slaughtered by some vile creature lurking there, so we took her in. Now she's like a daughter to us."
  • Valley of Mephala: "You should speak with my wife... I can't deal with this right now. Excuse me."
