Kulemund

Kulemund is a rat-infested tower standing to the west of Necrom.

To reach it, leave Necrom via the two large white bridges that run west, and then take a right on reaching the cliff face. Follow the path around the coastline until you reach the fork (where the rightmost path runs to the Sacred Lands Sanctuary). The tower is to the south of this fork, just beyond the Vaerin Ancestral Tomb.

Kulemund is initially abandoned and devoid of valuables, with a few Grey Rats infesting the corridors. However, once the quest Mourning Their Passing begins, a group of Ordinators led by Tadrys Raleven move into the building. Speaking to the Ordinators will reveal that they are the ones responsible for the massacre at Seherbal Camp, to the southwest. They have since been haunted by terrible dreams, and have delayed their return from Kulemund long enough for Canon Simine Turethi to grow concerned.

On providing the Ordinators with an explanation for their nightmares, Tadrys will begin the quest The Outcast's Ringlet, and will send you to deliver the titular item to the Matriarch of the Tribunal Temple, Alvu Sareleth.
