Ja'Jabba

Ja'Jabba is a Khajiit Rogue and a former slave who has lately made his escape. Village hetmen in the lands surrounding Roa Dyr will commission you to kill him. Ja'Jabba himself has plans to get further away, and on meeting you will request funds for his 'Eastern Thirr Abolitionist Society' of which he is founder and likely sole member. He will admit to planning to use the money to make good his escape, although whether you choose to give him it, give him nothing or kill him for the bounty on his head is up to you.

Ja'Jabba can be found standing at the end of the rope bridge that leads from Rilsoan.
