Ruma Soanix is throwing a party

Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Cap'n Fentus in The Empress Katariah about jobs and a deed to a sailboat.
2. Speak to the guard outside Ruma Soanix's manor with A Forged Invitation.
3. (Optional) Deal with Uncle Savirienus Soanix via use of Vintage Colovian Battlewine.
4. Steal the deed from the bedroom.
5. Return to Cap'n Fentus.

Notes

• The bouncer will turn you away if you are dressed too poorly, or are carrying lockpicks and probes. He also has special dialogue if you wear the Colovian hat.
• Colovian Battle Wine is available in the cellar, behind a locked door.
• At least two scrolls of Ekash’s Lock Splitter will be needed if you cannot open lock levels of 50 or higher. Three will be needed if you cannot open lock levels of 30 or higher.

Fentus wants me to infiltrate the party, find out where the boat deed is, and steal it. For this job, Fentus gave me a forged invitation to the party and a special set of thieves' tools that look like harmless cutlery. I should try my best to blend in.
50		I've left Ruma Soanix's dinner party and can not get in anymore. I should return to Fentus.
100	Finishes quest	Cap'n Fentus thanked me for bringing him the boat deed. He mused that since he now has a sailboat of his own, he might soon retire. Fentus gave me a duelling shirt and a poisoned rapier as a reward.
150	Finishes quest	Fentus was unhappy to learn that I failed the job.
200	Finishes quest	Fentus was furious at me for turning Ruma Soanix's birthday into a bloodbath.
