Docelle Bien, a mapmaker with a near-impossible task

Docelle Bien is a Breton noble and a Clerk of the Census and Excise Office. She can be found in Old Ebonheart, on the top floor of the Imperial Census Office in the Ebon Tower. Assisted by fellow clerk, Nemon Sadras, she is the latest in a long line of individuals puzzling over how to map Tamriel, and requires your assistance to finish the job.

She wears an expensive robe and a pair of expensive shoes. She wields a leveled short blade, and carries a leveled amulet and 20 randomized gold.

Aside from her natural bonus and resistance to magicka, and her ability to shield herself for short periods, she knows the following spells: Balyna's Antidote, Cure Poison, Free Action, Resist Fire, and Seryn's Gift.

"Welcome, %PCClass. Please, avert your eyes from our mediocre mosaic. We should have made it with felt years ago, but our standards are a bit higher now."

"Many years ago we came across some plans for a grand piece of artwork that never came to fruition. A complete map of Tamriel, with every city and town fully realized down to the smallest detail. Many of us have come in and out over the years working on it, and we've had to start over a few times, but this time we've got all of the details figured out. We just need seventeen yellow tiles from Eulix Festius over in the city. Once we have those, we'll be set."

"Have you brought the yellow tiles from Eulix Festius?"

"Apologies, but there's been a change in plans. We've decided the tiles should be red instead of yellow. A quick job for Eulix though, right? Just bring the tiles back to him."

"Oh dear, you haven't heard the news. We've decided to go in a different direction with this project. Instead of tiles, we're going to be using colored felt. Just a bit of redoing, that's all.
