Winterhold's jail

Winterhold's jail, surely this is the jail used for the entire hold and not just the town? and why is it necessary to put the 's outside the link, it makes it look messy when you have two colors in one word and doesn't effect anything positively. Think it needs to be the link for the entire hold i.e including (region) and the 's back inside the link. Biffa (talk) 13:33, 4 May 2014 (GMT)
