Clear Status[edit]
Can this place get cleared status? I have killed everyone there and checked it two times, without finding anything worthy like locked chests. So have I missed something or is it unclearable? — Unsigned comment by 84.248.192.31 (talk) at 22:00 on 21 November 2011
- I'm seeing the same thing, place doesn't get a clear status. Aezay 18:10, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

- It definitely has a clearable flag in the game data. I don't know the details of how the game calculates when an area has been cleared, but it's possible that in order to get it you need to clear all interior zones (Arcanex, Dwelling, Lower District, Study, Upper District, and Workshop) as well as a fair bit of the surrounding exterior. All four exterior cells around the entrance are marked as part of the location -- which is a larger exterior region than most places -- meaning that you may need to clear out everything for about 200 feet in all directions. --NepheleTalk 18:36, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

Layout[edit]
Just trying to learn a bit. I changed the layout of the article, moving the bugs section to the bottom of page. It was reverted stating that the correct order is 'Related Quests, Notes, Bugs'. I agree on that, but the current layout of the article is a bit confusing as the bugs section is in the middle of the article, with the walkthrough below it. Why don't move Related Quests and Bugs section to the bottom, leaving the walkthrough above them? Araglad 15:04, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- The style guide actually doesn't specify a location for bugs for places or NPCs, only for quests, in which case notes and bugs are at the bottom, and there are no related quests. So we don't really have a define spot for place bugs at the moment. There's not anything marking whether or not the related quests should go before or beneath a large description of the place. - Nope, it’s not in the style guide (in fact, there’s hardly anything in the style guide that resembles the way we write pages), so I guess it is time to get these guides cleaned up – or just delete them altogether and replace them with game-specific project pages. When I arrived to the UESP over three years ago, all pages for the OPRP followed the exact same layout and I really think we should aim to create the same layout for the Skyrim dungeons; otherwise, we will discuss it until ESO is a golden oldie. The ‘related quests, notes, bugs’-order is the way we’ve done it on over 200 OB place pages (and 1000s of NPC pages), so that was the reason behind my revert. Oh, and it always looks better if the walkthroughs can be pushed below the place summary – I guess that’s why it was decided in the first place? Araglad, sorry for the lengthy response and the rather confusing edit summary - but we're still figuring out how to do the Skyrim articles. Place pages in particular is a problem (because we don't have any maps, nor do we have any of the extracted data we had for OB), so it is a work in progress at this point. I'll see if I can somehow transfer this post to the appropriate topic. --Krusty 16:00, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for the answers. As i say, i'm still learning and i can gain experience from this case. Araglad 16:07, 28 May 2012 (UTC)

Although the 'fallen' are left and can be used as containes, the dwmer mechanisms are cleared away and therefore cannot be used as containers. — Unsigned comment by 92.13.119.199 (talk) at 04:31 on 6 July 2013
Large Ruin?[edit]
As with Oblivion it's the small-medium-large thing. I thought it was a large ruin. (Lmstearn (talk) 13:53, 10 November 2013 (GMT))
