Jarl Jona the Ansei-Ender

Jona the Ansei-Ender is Jarl of the Kingdom of the Reach, Cheiftan of the Fire-Hand Clan, and current ruler of Dragonstar East and Karthwasten. She became the Jarl of the Reach after Skyrim's invasion and conquest of the Reach during the War of Bend'r Mahk. Her particularly brutal tactics earned her the ire of many of the Reach's inhabitants. This included her own Thane, Fomir the Voiceful, who prohibited her and her clan from entering Karthwasten in search of Sogat Dur-Gada infiltrators for fear of what she might do to the city. Currently, she can be found in the throne room of Castle Dragonstar in Dragonstar West.

Notes

• Despite being a Jarl of the Kingdom of the Reach, Jona isn't actually a member of that faction. She instead belongs to her clan's faction. Presumably, this isn't an indication of her allegiances, but is rather due to NPCs being limited to a single faction in Morrowind.
