Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Haela Ysonian in the courtyard of Swordmoth Legion Fort about works and Parvo Hersus.
2. Speak to Parvo Hersus at the Gosha Inn.
3. Enter Blackfish Cave and speak to Mirasi Jades.
4. Either:
   • Pay her 100 gold for the Lucky Sapphire Amulet.
   • Refuse to pay her 100 gold while having it on you (then kill her).
   • Refuse to pay her 100 gold because you actually don't have that much.
5. Leave the cave with the amulet and return it to Parvo Hersus.

Detailed Walkthrough

While reunited with Kuram, Haela will stay for now near the well of Swordmoth Legion Fort. Talk to her about the works topic and she will speak of one Parvo Hersus. Apparently, this was a pilgrim that she encountered at the Gosha Inn who appeared to be in need of help. Haela was unable to provide it, but wonders if you might.

If you accept this task, then rejoin the Gold Road to the fort's south, and follow it east as it rises into the hills. The Gosha Inn stands upon the roadside as the road hits a peak and begins a downward descent. Inside, you'll find Parvo Hersus. Speak to him about himself - he'll reveal that he has lately been waylaid by bandits, with a treasured family amulet being stolen by them. He'll ask that you get the amulet back by entering the bandit's lair, Blackfish Cave.

The cave is near a major landmark - the massive Ayleid tower of Garlas Agea, which rises upon a hilltop to the inn's west. The cave entrance is some way to the southeast of this tower. As you approach, you'll be greeted by the sentry, Marsus Gratius - answer his question by selecting the topic Parvo Hersus. He'll be reluctant to shoot a priest in the head, and will wave you through to speak to his boss, Mirasi Jades. Enter the cave to find her at its far eastern end. She's amenable to returning Parvo's Lucky Sapphire Amulet for 100 gold, and will hand it over willingly only if you pay that amount, or if you genuinely do not have that amount. Refuse to pay while you have the gold and Mirasi will turn hostile. You'll need to take the amulet from her body.

Return with the amulet to Parvo at the Gosha Inn. He will reward you with a pair of enchanted shoes. This concludes the quest, for Haela Ysonian and Kuram have moved onwards on the journey. You can catch up with them at the Ayleid ruin of Lindasael.

Notes

• Your faction reputation gain is slightly higher (+7) if you get the amulet back without killing any bandits.

20		I met Parvo Hersus at the Gosha Inn and asked what help he needed. He said that he was harassed by bandits while on his way back from the Akatosh wayshrine to the southwest and that they forced him to hand over his lucky sapphire amulet to escape with his life. He saw the bandits going back to their hideout in Blackfish Cave, by Garlas Agea, the big Ayleid ruin southwest of the inn, and asked that I try to recover his amulet from there.
30		Mirasi Jades, the leader of the bandits in Blackfish Cave, agreed to give me Parvo Hersus' amulet.
100	Finishes quest	I returned Parvo Hersus' amulet to him. He thanked me for my assistance and gave me a pair of enchanted shoes.
105	Finishes quest	I returned Parvo Hersus' amulet to him. He thanked me for my assistance and was very impressed that I managed to get the amulet back without violence. He then gave me a pair of enchanted shoes.

The pilgrim was named Parvo Hersus, but I told her that he was already dead. She was surprised to hear this and told me that I ought to seek out some of the other local priests for more works.
120	Finishes quest	Haela Ysonian was furious to hear of Kuram's death. She has no more tasks for me.
