Duskwatch Keep is a mothballed fort of the Imperial Navy on Stirk Isle.

The keep itself

It lies on a hill to the southwest of Charach, overlooking the expanse of the Abecean Sea that stretches to the island's south and west. Although only recently abandoned by the Navy due to budget constraints, the stronghold is not unoccupied; it now serves as a base of operations for members of the Cyrodiil Thieves Guild.
