She is not House Telvanni. Doing quest now+screencapping and there is no hesitation when she says she works for House Telvanni, the only bit of hesitation is when she mentions the sea "trading" Telvanni gets involved in.--Talyyn (talk) 06:06, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
