Could that be this patch note: The Khajiiti grocer in Velyn Harbor has abandoned his post and defected to the Ebonheart Pact. He is now a grocer in the city of Riften (under the Quests & Zones section)? --Enodoc (talk) 22:33, 5 March 2015 (GMT)
