- Added a ramp so monsters that are knocked off the edge can rejoin the fight.
- Kujo Kethba
- Decreased the number of Geysers that spawn to two in Normal difficulty.
- The Geyser phase is now triggered solely on a health threshold rather than time or health in Normal difficulty.
- Kujo's Blazing Shield will now start reflecting damage only after he lands.
- Increased the time between Geyser's timed activation in Veteran difficulty.
- Added a Death Recap hint if your character perishes to the Blazing Shield.

Combat & Gameplay[edit]
Combat & Abilities[edit]
Sorcerer
- Storm Calling
- Bolt Escape: This ability and the Ball of Lightning morph's stun are now also, as advertise, unblockable.
- Surge:
- Power Surge (morph): This morph now grants its healing to up to 6 targets, but will trigger off Critical Heals rather than Critical Damage. The cooldown is 3 seconds rather than 1, to ensure it offers similar healing to other AoE heal over times.
Templar
- Dawn's Wrath
- Eclipse: This ability and the Unstable core morph can now only be active on one target at a time. This was done to prevent situations where placing the ability on multiple targets would break the ability since there is a cooldown to the ability progressing through each stage.
Warden
- Animal Companion
- Swarm:
- Growing Swarm (morph): Reinstated the 6-person target cap to prevent performance issues when used in tandem with specific item sets and passives.
- Note that Swarm and its morphs have been targeted for some improvements in a future major update.
- Swarm:
Weapon
- Two Handed
- Critical Charge:
- Stampede (morph): Fixed an issue where the guaranteed Critical bonus from this ability was able to apply to the Area of Effect damage from this attack.
- Critical Charge:
- Restoration Staff
- Regeneration:
- Mutagen (morph): This morph no longer attempts to grant affected targets a burst heal and purge if they were under 20% Health after the heal triggered. It will now instead heal up to 2 additional targets in your radius, and is called Radiating Regeneration to better showcase its ability to diverge to targets.
- Developer Comment: This change was done to better help healers grant high mobility targets healing with the skill, and to tone down the incredibly powerful ability to come back from the brink of death passively.
- Regeneration:
Guild
- Fighters Guild
- Circle of Protection:
- Ring of Preservation (morph):
- This morph is now a "kiss-curse" option that comes at the price of the rune.
- The rune now lasts 8 seconds instead of 20 seconds.
- Reduced the healing by approximately 4% per tick to retain the same healing per second for the total cast.
- Ring of Preservation (morph):
- Circle of Protection:
Alliance War
- Assault
- Vigor:
- This ability will now once again focus on being an Area of Effect Heal over Time, rather than a single target HoT. This will result in a cost increase to 2984 from 2295, and a heal reduction of approximately 28% per tick for this ability and its morphs.
- Reduced the duration to 8 seconds from 10 seconds.
- Echoing Vigor (morph): This morph no longer ranks up in healing per rank, but instead increases in duration. This will result in one extra tick of healing at Rank IV (10 seconds at Rank IV).
- Resolving Vigor (morph): This morph continues to be single target focused, and doubles the frequency with half the duration.
- Vigor:
Itemization & Item Sets[edit]
General
- Certain item set-sourced pets will no longer be filled with fear and dismay when you enter Stealth, which would cause them to cease existing. They will now only disappear into the void when their time on Nirn has ended (death or duration end).
Item Sets
- Immortal Warrior: The Major Protection from this set will now properly activate when you go below 35% Health, but now has a 10 seconds duration with a 35 second cooldown.
- Maarselok: Fixed an issue where the tooltip for this set would not display the proper damage values, and would deal less damage than intended if you managed to obtain it with an item level under CP160. Kudos to you, whoever that was.
- Ravager: Fixed an issue where the Weapon Damage granted from this set would fail to properly apply to your attacks.
- Z'en's Redress: Reduced the bonus damage taken per Damage over Time stack of this set to 1%, down from 2%. The max stacks remain at 5.
- Developer Comment: This was done to reduce the effectiveness of this set in a group setting. The damage amplification will now properly respect the wearer of the set, and should no longer generate strange values or completely fail in some instances.
Base Game Fixes & Improvements[edit]
Crafting & Economy[edit]
General
- Fixed an issue where deconstructing a stack of glyphs would use the glyphs from your bank before using the glyphs in your inventory.
- Corrected text in Crafting Tutorials that stated you needed to double-click items for various actions. Only a single click is necessary, and this is now properly reflected in the Tutorials.
- Fixed an issue where multi-crafting a large amount of items gave slightly more inspiration than crafting the same amount individually.
Writs
- Fixed an issue where Shipments of Cloth VI, obtained from Crafting Writs, would occasionally produce no rewards. All Shipments of Cloth will now produce loot, as expected, every time.
Crown Store & Crown Crates[edit]
UI
- Clarified the text for the Alliance War Skill Line Unlock so it's clear that both the Assault and Support skill lines are included in the purchase.
Housing[edit]
Homes
- Footsteps in the Elinhir Private Arena once again sound like walking on stone, instead of walking on wood.
Quests & Zones[edit]
Dragonhold Prologue Quest
- After completing this quest, you will now receive a Dragonguard Banner Furnishing. This furnishing is otherwise unavailable from any other source... for now.
UI[edit]
Gamepad Mode
- Fixed an issue where Hold D-pad keybinds wouldn't display properly in Help menus.
- Fixed an issue that occasionally caused ingredients for a recipe to not properly display at crafting stations.
- Fixed an issue where 6 ingredient recipes would cause UI elements to overlap at crafting stations.
- Sorting contents from an NPC's store will now function identically to how it sorts in the keyboard UI.
- Fixed an issue where Guild History could display extra empty pages.
