Fulciinius the Bone Miser

Fulciinius the Bone Miser is an Imperial necromancer and champion of Zenithar's Abbey. He is located in the bazaar. He can be seen about to consume four goblins when approaching, which he does when combat is about to start.

Skills and Abilities

Necrotic Spear

A basic ranged attack that deals moderate magic damage.

Dark Talons

The enemy calls forth talons from the ground, dealing low flame damage and rooting anyone hit for 4 seconds. The player can roll dodge to escape the root.

Grasping Hands

Tumma-Fulciniius conjures a necromantic rune, with skeletal hands burrowing out of it, at his target's location, indicated by a large red circle, dealing continuous moderate magical damage and snaring.

Soul Cage

Fulciniius summons eight crystals from the ground around himself, as indicated by large red circles. Standing near the crystals deals continuous moderate magical damage. This ability is always followed by Soul Rupture.

Soul Rupture

After a short time, the crystals explode, dealing high magical damage to all targets within the red circle. Affected targets are lifted above ground briefly; Break Free can be used to escape. Blocking during the crystal detonation negates the immobilization.

Teleport

Fulciniius vanishes in a bright blue orb, and moves further away in the arena.

Summon Blastbones

Fulciniius summons a Blastbones to explode on the target.

Summon Blighted Blastbones

Fulciniius summons a Blighted Blastbones to explode on the target.

Summon Stalking Blastbones

Fulciniius summons a Stalking Blastbones to explode on the target.

Blastbones Detonation

Standard Blastbone explosion, dealing moderate magic damage.

Blighted Blastbones Detonation

Blighted Blastbone explosion, dealing moderate poison damage.

Stalking Blastbones Detonation

Stalking Blastbone explosion, dealing moderate frost damage, and the damage increases the longer the blastbones chases its target before exploding.

Bone Shield

Fulciniius conjures an aura of swirling bones, which gives him a damage shield.

Summon Skeletons

Fulciniius summons a trio of skeletons, consisting of a Skeleton Sentinel, a Skeleton Spirit Master, and a Skeleton Vanquisher to assist him.

Dialogue

When he absorbs the goblins' essence:

Fulciinius the Bone Miser: "More bones for my collection."

When summoning skeletons:

Fulciinius the Bone Miser: "Care to see what you'll soon become?"

Fulciinius the Bone Miser: "Your bones look strong. I can't wait to make use of them."
