Cotton is a dry-looking plant with small white flowers. The plant is shorter than jute and its color is much duller than that of a flax, so it can be hard to spot, especially in barren zones. It can be found in any zone by characters with Rank 3 in the Tailoring passive or character level 26 to 34. When harvested, a plant yields three to four samples of Raw Cotton, sometimes accompanied by crawlers or worms. Ten samples of raw cotton can then be refined into seven to ten pieces of the processed material, Cotton, which is used for crafting pieces of light cotton armor at any clothing station. For you to be able to create cotton armor your Tailoring ability has to be rank 3.
