Dialogue[edit]

A Bandit Cutthroat attacking after being interrupted attempting to lockpick a treasure chest

If you interrupt one while attempting to lockpick a treasure chest:

Bandit Cutthroat: "Damn. Almost had it."
Bandit Cutthroat: "Oy! To me!"

If you strike them while they're picking the lock, they'll say one of the following:

Bandit Cutthroat: "My pick! You broke my pick!"
Bandit Cutthroat: "Quick! To your feet!"
Bandit Cutthroat: "Close the noose, boys!"

When you dispatch the first bandit, another will take their place:

Bandit Cutthroat: "Die! Die! Die! Die! Die!"
Bandit Cutthroat: "I've got you now!"

In another encounter with a cutthroat, they will call for backup when they notice you. The enforcer or strongarm will yell when they appear.

Bandit Cutthroat: "Oy! To me!"
Bandit Cutthroat: "Nocturnal's breath!"
Bandit Enforcer/Bandit Strongarm: "Die! Die! Die! Die! Die!"

If you find a captive Traveler or about to open a chest on the road, the cutthroat might speak as the bandits ambush you.

Bandit Cutthroat: "That was your last mistake!"
Bandit Cutthroat: "Here we reap, our mothers weep, it's time for sleep my boy, my boy-oh!"
Bandit Cutthroat: "This is your end, fool!"
