Balanvir

Balanvir is a Redguard member of the Abah's Landing City Guard (though he doesn't act as one for gameplay purposes). He can occasionally be found on the landing above Sailor's Rest with Zakadar. He can also be found in the alley with Hatmarah west of the gates to the Upper District.

Dialogue

He has the following exchange with Zakadar:

Balanvir: "There's the lucky lad. Real lucky, of late. Be a shame if you had a sudden change of fortune."

Zakadar: "Whatever you heard, it's not true! I'm just scraping by! Here, look---barely enough for a meal and a bed!"

Balanvir: "Hmph, fine---keep your scraps. I find out you're holding out on me, you'll cough up more than coin."

Afterwards, he will follow Zakadar to the blocked door and disappear.

He has the following exchange with Hatmarah:

Balanvir: "You know the routine, moneybags."

Hatmarah: "Again? You know I have to actually sell stuff to pay your "tax"?"

Balanvir: "You got one day. Drum up some business, or else."
