Anaxes

Anaxes is a powerful Xivilai general who, along with Medrike, has a rare chance to appear at Dark Anchors across Tamriel. When he appears, Molag Bal will announce "The Xivilai make excellent torturers and guards. Let's test them against you." or "Xivilai know no honor. Anaxes and Medrike will test their strength, not yours." He may drop the rare Hammer of Anaxes when defeated.
