Mirabelle's not a major NPC but her actions and persona are pivotal to the College of Winterhold quest line, therefore lore. She's also one of the few NPCs in Skyrim who's very straight-edge, serious and noble in character, which adds to the quest line's gravity, so it seemed like a good idea to flesh out her reputation and heroic behaviour as expressed by other college mages. Also refined narrative with details like specifying change of venue (from out on dungeon quest to back inside the Hall of Elements), fixed a typo, etc.
