Lore:Imperial Dragon Armor
Imperial Dragon Armor is a unique style of armor that is specially crafted for emperors of the Third Empire. Although this armor is normally exclusive to emperors, one set was commissioned by High Chancellor Ocato for the Hero of Kvatch in recognition of the Hero's accomplishment of ending the Oblivion Crisis of 3E 433.[1][2]
The Armor of Tiber Septim is a relic that is similar in design to Imperial Dragon Armor. After the Battle of Sancre Tor in 2E 852, Tiber Septim gave his armor to the Blades in honor of their role in his victory. The Blades built a shrine in the catacombs of Sancre Tor, on the spot where Tiber Septim received the blessing of Akatosh. The armor was subsequently housed there, and for a time the Shrine of Tiber Septim became a place of pilgrimage for all Blades.[3]
