An Agent of the Underking

The Agents of the Underking (sometimes shortened to the Agents) are the mortal agents of the mysterious figure known only as the Underking, and also a political faction of the same name.

Like their patron, the Agents of the Underking prefer to remain in the shadows. But where the Underking exists as whispers and tales, no one doubts the existence of the Agents. They carry out the Underking's bidding with fanatical devotion.

The Agents have long been accused of nefarious deeds (falsely, they claim). These denials may have a grain of truth; pursuit of their goals often puts them in position to act nobly, especially if those actions harm their hated enemies, the Necromancers.
